Barre pulls from the principals of Pilates, yoga, and dance. You will get a little bit of dance cardio, dynamic stretching, high rep muscle burners, balance challenges… and a whole sweaty smiles.
In studio, we would make use of light weights, a mat, a Bender ball, and a barre, however, we realize that most of us have limited equipment in our homes.
We have modified our work outs so that you can substitute bottles or cans for weights, and the back of a chair for your barre!
