A complete schedule of operating hours, including reduced hours during holidays and academic recesses, is available on the Recreation Center website, Facebook page and at the Welcome Desk. Check class and activity postings in the main lobby and throughout the building to avoid any conflicts and inconveniences.

For both security and utilization purposes, all members must present a valid membership card to enter the Recreation Center. Valid membership cards includes either their J-Card, JHMI ID Badge, or Recreation Center Membership Card with a picture of the member on the card. Federal/State issued IDs will only be accepted twice per year for members because valid membership cards are required. It is necessary to have a valid membership ID card with you at all times as it must be presented to check out any equipment. Your ID card is non-transferable. If an ID card is presented by anyone other than the owner whose name appears on the card, it will be confiscated and all privileges revoked.

Use of the playing fields must be scheduled in advance with Brandon Holley, assistant director of facilities, by submitting a request online via the Facility Reservation Request form.
