Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class – combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.

Lisa’s lower impact class will include 30 minutes of cardio, strength, and balance-based movement followed by 5 minutes of relaxation and stretching.
