BODYSHRED™ is a high-intensity, holistic resistance and endurance-based fitness plan, involving synergistic 3D body dynamics that explore the scope of movement possibilities to maximize athletic performance and metabolic potential.

 

We recommend utilizing a pair of 1-5 lb dumbbells or household items (ie soupcans, laundry detergent, water jugs), however the workout can be completed with just body weight!
