POP Pilates improves alignment, posture, flexibility, and core strength just like classical Pilates. The emphasis on moving to the beat of pop music makes this class feel like a “dance on the mat!”

Yoga Jam is an upbeat power yoga class infused with bursts of High Intensity Interval Training for a well-rounded workout. Set to an uplifting playlist, the class will focus on core and upper body strengthening, as well as safe alignment and a full-body stretch. Instructor: Natalie
