Resiliency, Self Care & Stress Management Workshop

As finals approach, join us for a session on resiliency through mindful self-care and compassion.

  • Learn tools for grounding and focusing amidst stress. 
  • Learn to set healthy boundaries in a space of self-care and compassion. 
  • Explore the self-care wheel and set intentions for taking care of you. 

There will be some physical movement in this session, but no yoga mat or equipment is required. 

Please have pen and paper available for journaling exercises, and please come with an open mind!
