Move-In Volunteers

We are now accepting all volunteers to serve on Move-In Crew 2017!

New student Move-In 2017 will take place on Friday, August 25th and Saturday, August 26th. All JHU undergraduate students are eligible to volunteer. By completing the form below, you are committing to being a Fall 2017 Move-In volunteer and the responsibilities that go with the role. These roles include, traffic directors, moving students belongings into their housing assignment, and other tasks as assigned. You will receive a meals during your volunteer times, free T-shirt and are able to move into your University Housing assignment on Thursday, August 24th. All volunteers must be available for a brief training on Thursday, August 24th in the evening, and free on both Friday, August 25th and Saturday, August, 26th in its entirety, for move in duties.

Please note it may hot and humid on move in days. If you are unable to be standing, or outside in varying weather for an extended period of time, please take consider these external elements, when considering signing up.
