  • Your items should be packed and your room cleaned prior to moving out and returning your keys. Our expectation is for the room to be completely empty when you check out.

    • Please visit the security desk in your building with anyone assisting with your move-out process. The guest will need to show a government issued ID (the ID will not be kept). The guard will provide a sticker for your guest to wear while they are assisting you with moving out.
  • Close and lock your doors PRIOR to returning your key. You will be held responsible for damages to your room; locking the door prevents others from tampering with your room (removing furniture, leaving trash in your space, etc.)
