Transfer Students
Congratulations on your admission to Johns Hopkins University and welcome to University Housing! Due to the significant link between academic retention and on-campus living, Johns Hopkins University has a two-year residency requirement. It is the philosophy of On-Campus Living that living on campus for the first two academic years provides valuable support and personal development for college students beyond the classroom.
Sophomore Transfers
Entering transfer students who have completed one through three semesters of college, must live in JHU housing for one year.
As an incoming sophomore transfer for the Fall, additional housing information and the application process will be available to you during the spring semester following your official acceptance at the university. Should you have any questions, please contact the Housing Office at 410-516-7960 or [email protected].
