For AMR I, AMR II, AMR III Building A, AMR III Building B, Bradford, Scott-Bates Commons (formerly Charles Commons), Homewood, McCoy, Rogers House, and Wolman
THE CONTRACT FOR ROOM AND BOARD IS BINDING FOR THE ENTIRE 2024-2025 CONTRACT TERM.
Student/Parent/Guardian hereby agree(s) to pay the applicable charges for the room and meal plan. These charges shall be billed before the beginning of each semester and must be paid by the due date on your bill from Student Accounts.
By completing the housing application and electronically signing this housing contract, the student agrees to pay for the full housing contract period beginning on the check-in date and ending on the check-out date (the “The Term”) (See Room and Board Rates).
Earlier arrival dates shall only be approved at the sole discretion of On-Campus Living. Once available, students can view the check-in schedule online on the On-Campus Living website.
For Thanksgiving Break (10:00am on Saturday, November 23, 2024 to Noon on Sunday, December 1,2024) and Spring Break (10:00am on Saturday, March 15, 2024 to Noon on Sunday, March 23, 2025), students needing to stay on campus must indicate that in advance on the break form that is sent to students prior to the break. Dining locations will be open in a limited capacity, and residential dining will be available to all students within the residential buildings. Monitored common area spaces will be closed.
For Winter Break (10:00am on Friday, December 20, 2024 to Noon on Wednesday, January 1, 2025), students needing to stay on campus must indicate that in advance on the break form that is sent to students prior to the break. Residential dining will be available to students within the residential buildings. Monitored common area spaces will be closed. Intersession classes begin Thursday, January 2, 2025 and end on Friday, January 17, 2025.
The first semester billing period begins on Monday, August 26, 2024 and ends on Friday, January 3, 2025. The second semester billing period begins on Saturday, January 4, 2025 and ends on Wednesday, May 14, 2025.
Dining halls will be accessible on Sunday, August 18, 2024 and board plans will begin on Sunday, August 18, 2024 and continue through the Arts and Sciences and Engineering academic year ending on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 with breakfast.
