Mail Services

Due to COVID-19, Mail Services is currently available by appointment only.

Students residing in JHU housing will receive an email notification detailing the appointment sign-up process AFTER their package has been processed and is available for pick-up.

Students residing off-campus and other members of the community who wish to use our service should call 410-516-3946 and our staff will work to find the earliest appointment available.

NO WALK-IN CUSTOMERS CAN BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME

We provide mail and package services to all of Johns Hopkins University’s on-campus residents. Our department is responsible for the receiving, processing, and distribution of resident mail delivered to our 3 locations. Our Wolman Hall Mail Room also serves as a shipping depot (link to shipping services) where anyone may purchase shipping supplies and postage. We ship with UPS and USPS and offer a variety of services including Next Day, Express, Priority, Ground, and International shipments.
